General Information

ARRIVAL:  As you arrive at the Club, pull into the front courtyard so staff can welcome you, take your clubs, and valet your car prior to checking in at the golf shop. 

CHANGING SHOES:  Shoes should not be changed in the parking lot.  Please use our locker room facilities where an attendant will get a locker for you.

PURCHASES/TIPPING:  Services provided at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club are complimentary. Gratuities are prohibited except to pay for the caddie fee.  Cash payments will only be accepted for merchandise sales and caddie fees; all other charges must be billed to the hots Member's account or a temporary guest account set-up in advance. Having this structured procedure will help to facilitate billing and will also help enhance your experience throughout your visit.

SMOKING POLICY:  Smoking in the clubhouse is permitted online in the designated areas of the Men's Grille and Card Room.
