This dogleg right is protected by three bunkers at the inside corner. The fairway ends at 323 yards straight out leaving an approach shot of approximately 150 yards. To cut the corner, a player must fly the ball 300 yards to carry the bunkers. If successful, the player will only have an approach shot of 120 yards or less depending on how much of the dogleg they cut off. The putting green is guarded by a large bunker and is difficult to hold with a long iron or wood. This makes challenging the fairway bunkers to shorten your approach shot to the green very important. |
