Preparing Guests for their Visit

Please make your guests aware of the club rules and process for their arrival and notify the professional shop of your guest names and caddie preferences as soon as possible so we can properly prepare to serve your group.  The process for guests includes:

  • Introduce yourself at the guard gate with tee time and Member host/unaccompanied guest information.
  • All guests should pull up to valet at the front of the clubhouse so staff can welcome you, take your golf clubs, get all guest names, direct you to the front desk or locker room, and park your car.
  • If other guests arrive prior, have them check-in at the front desk or professional shop so the staff can assist them appropriately until your arrival.
  • Caddies for the group can also accompany guests to the practice facilities to assist with their experience prior to and during their round of golf.  
  • We do not want any guest to be unsure when they arrive at the club.  Your assistance in preparing them for their visit will assist RTJ in profiding the best service to all guests.
